Questions about pricing
What counts as an export? Rendering a project to a downloadable MP4. Previewing and editing in the Studio is always free and unlimited — and so is exporting, as long as you keep the FlipLetters wordmark on the video. The plan caps below apply to watermark-free exports.
Why do Premium and Studio have export and hours caps? Each export costs real render time and storage. Premium includes 300 exports or 100 hours of exported video per calendar month — whichever you hit first. Studio includes 1000 exports or 300 hours. That covers busy creators without open-ended cloud cost.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Manage or cancel a subscription from the receipt email Stripe sends after checkout, or email support@flipletters.com.
Selling my own templates? The template marketplace is launching in phases — see the FAQ for where that stands today. A public storefront goes live with Premium or Studio.
